Lee Scharfstein is the founder and Chief Consulting Officer of Ceaseless Creative. As an Executive level Integrated Producer and content director, he has found a home at various top tier traditional and digital agencies over the past decade, leading content and strategic program development as well as orchestrating creative execution. Prior to leveraging his traditional production background for agencies and brands, Lee amassed almost a decade of experience as a line producer, creating every form of content from commercials to music videos to documentaries to feature films.
In the years leading up to forming Ceaseless, Lee led multiple celebrity and influencer driven campaigns including a massive digital effort for Stella Artois, acting as both Client Partner and ECD before leading a small team in collaboration with Anheuser-Busch InBev’s innovation group to create a new alcohol brand which saw the fastest inception-to-national launch in the history of AB. This effort also won the agency an above-the-line AOR role servicing the brand.
As the head of Sister - Mekanism's in-house content division - Lee actively honed and implemented the processes and theories on which Ceaseless was founded for brands such as Miller Coors, Privé Revaux, Ben & Jerry's, Smule, Burrow and HVMN.
